Tomar la temperatura a empleados y clientes y limitar su aforo, son las principales obligaciones que tendrán que cumplir los establecimientos que reanudarán operaciones a partir del próximo lunes 18 de mayo.
El subcomité técnico regional COVID-19 Sureste, dio a conocer los lineamientos que tendrán que seguir los restaurantes, hoteles, supermercados, comercios, clubes deportivos y centros recreativos privados y mercados al aire libre para reanudar actividades en la etapa 1 de la reactivación económica en los municipios de Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, Arteaga, General Cepeda y Parras.
Tomar la temperatura de empleados y clientes, limitar su aforo a un 50 o un 25 por ciento dependiendo del giro del establecimiento y restringir la entrada a personas de grupos de riesgo, como personas embarazadas, adultos mayores, enfermos crónicos y niños, son las medidas que predominan para la mayoría de los comercios, aunque los mercados al aire libre cuentan con protocolos que no tienen otros giros.
Para cada giro comercial, el subcomité determinó medidas específicas que tendrán que seguir por un lado con sus empleados y por otro en sus áreas de atención o servicio.
El alcalde de Saltillo, Manolo Jiménez, dio a conocer que cada municipio contará con un equipo extra para vigilar que los establecimientos cumplan con los lineamientos establecidos y quien incumpla, están contempladas sanciones que pueden llegar hasta la clausura definitiva y multas.
Mercados al aire libre:
Se tomará la temperatura de cada oferente y existirá un protocolo para la apertura del servicio de cada mercado
Se reducirá de un 100 al 50 por ciento la instalación de espacios y/o lugares de trabajo dentro del área de los mercados sobre ruedas, restringiéndose estrictamente a instalar únicamente espacios de 3 por 3 metros, en los días en que normalmente trabajan a excepción de sábados y domingos. Los fines de semana NO habrá instalación de ningún mercado
Se limitará a trabajar a los permisionarios intercalando la ocupación de los lugares a instalarse una semana SÍ y la próxima semana NO.
Se trabajará con un máximo de hasta 2 personas por puesto o espacio dentro de la ocupación de los lugares, respetando la sana distancia sin distinción alguna
Se reducirá en un 30 por ciento el horario de mercados sobre ruedas, quedando establecido de las 09:00 a las 17:00 horas, esto se refiere a que dentro de este horario se contempla la instalación y retiro de puestos del mismo (a las 17:00 horas no debe de estar ningún puesto instalado)
Queda estrictamente prohibida la instalación de sillas y mesas en comercios con giros de venta de alimentos, haciendo la aclaración que es únicamente para llevar (no podrán estar consumiendo dentro del puesto)
El establecimiento que incumpla las medidas sanitarias, en primera instancia, será notificado con una advertencia y posteriormente podría llegar a ser acreedor a una multa, clausura y cancelación de permiso. Las áreas competentes de cada municipio notificarán lo correspondiente

Medidas generales con empleados:
Será obligatorio el uso de cubrebocas
Lavar frecuentemente las manos
Tomar temperatura a cada uno de los empleados antes de iniciar labores
Empleados considerados como población en riesgo (mujeres embarazadas, enfermos crónicos y adultos mayores) deberán permanecer en casa
Medidas generales área de atención y/o servicio:
Limitar el acceso a una entrada principal con filtros sanitarios donde se tome la temperatura y se aplique gel antibacterial para uso de los clientes. En caso de que presente temperatura mayor a 37.5 grados centígrados reportar al 911
Solamente se admite la entrada de clientes con cubrebocas
Mantener las medidas de desinfección y limpieza en las diferentes áreas
Medidas específicas en restaurantes:
Reducir la capacidad al 50 por ciento en mesas y en ocupación. Sin servicio de barra
Las mesas deberán ser ocupadas por un máximo de seis personas
Prohibir servilletas de tela
Prohibir áreas de juegos infantiles
Los restaurantes-bares solo podrán operar en la modalidad de restaurante
Medidas específicas en supermercados:
Continuar con la capacidad limitada
que garantice la sana distancia
Mantener los horarios de atención a la población en riesgo
Medidas específicas en comercio organizado:
Se podrán restringir horarios y días de atención
Reducir la capacidad al 25 por ciento de atención y/o servicio para garantizar la sana distancia
Desinfectar y limpiar con agua hiperclorada por lo menos dos veces al día el área de trabajo.
Medidas específicas para el comercio en plazas comerciales:
Reducir el número de accesos con filtros sanitarios donde se tome la temperatura y se aplique gel antibacterial para los clientes. En caso de que presente temperatura mayor a 37.5 grados centígrados reportar al 911
Retirar o clausurar las bancas y el acceso a área comunes. Prohibir áreas de juegos infantiles
No se permiten eventos públicos, ni demostraciones adentro.
Reducir la capacidad al 50 por ciento de las áreas de comedor para garantizar la sana distancia entre mesas. El número de comensales por mesa no deberá superar las seis personas
Asignar una persona que controle el acceso al área y supervise se cumpla con la capacidad
Medidas específicas en clubes deportivos y centros recreativos privados:
Solamente se permiten actividades individuales (sin contacto físico) y al aire libre
En el área de restaurante, reducir la capacidad al 50% la capacidad en mesas y ocupación, garantizando la sana distancia. No se permitirá más de seis comensales por mesa. Se restringe el servicio de barra
Se limita la entrada a personas de los grupos de riesgo (personas embarazadas, de la tercera edad y con enfermedades crónicas; así como niños y niñas)
Medidas específicas en hoteles:
Las áreas de uso común como gimnasio y alberca, deberán permanecer cerradas
En el área de restaurante, deberán reducir al 50 por ciento la capacidad en mesas y en ocupación. Sin servicio de barra. No más de seis personas por mesa
