Enfrentan en prisión juicio por secuestro

A Felipe Salazar Pérez y José Usai Chaires Farías ya les dictaron prisión preventiva
Un juez de control dictó prisión preventiva a los dos presuntos secuestradores de Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, que fueron detenidos mediante una orden de aprehensión.
El martes por la mañana se realizó una audiencia inicial, donde el ministerio público Mayra Granados dio lectura al proceso penal 1529/2019 por privación ilegal de la libertad.
Se notificó que la madrugada del viernes 2 de agosto, en calles de la colonia Santa Luz de Analco, sorprendieron a un adolescente vendiendo drogas y lo privaron de la libertad para que les dijera quien le surtía los estupefacientes.
El afectado logró escapar de sus captores y dio aviso a las autoridades, mismas que implementaron un operativo de búsqueda.
Tras su captura se les encontraron 120 dosis de mariguana y cocaína

Una vez detenidos, los sujetos fueron trasladados al centro penitencio varonil, donde el juez los dejó en libertad.
Justo cuando salían del penal, fueron detenidos por agentes de la Policía Investigadora.
La defensa de los imputados calificó como ilegal la detención, aunque el juez desestimó la inconformidad porque existía una orden de aprehensión.
La defensa no tuvo más remedio que aceptar la formulación de imputación y solicitaron de plazo 144 horas para que resuelvan su situación legal.
Será el próximo viernes 9 de agosto alrededor de las 10:30 horas, cuando los imputados sean requeridos para la audiencia de vinculación a proceso.
