Invitan al Primer Festival del Cabrito en Candela
Amador Garza informó que para el Festival del Cabrito el modo de preparación será fritada y tendrán dos guarniciones: arroz y pan de maíz
Monclova, Coahuila.- Autoridades locales y estatales invitaron al Primer Festival del Cabrito que se llevará a cabo el 27 de julio en el ejido Valladares del municipio de Candela.
En la Oficina de Convenciones y Visitantes (OCV) de Monclova estuvieron presentes el alcalde de Candela, Amador Garza González; la directora de Pueblos Mágicos en Coahuila, Melissa García Owen; y el integrante de la Promotora de Turismo, René Flores, para dar a conocer los detalles del evento.
Amador Garza informó que para el Festival del Cabrito el modo de preparación será fritada y tendrán dos guarniciones: arroz y pan de maíz.
Los interesados podrán inscribirse sin costo y recibirán un stand en la plaza del ejido, la cual deberá ser decorada porque se tomará en cuenta para la calificación final. El primer lugar recibirá un premio de 5 mil pesos, el segundo lugar 3 mil pesos y el tercer lugar mil 500 pesos.
Los participantes deberán llevar sus utensilios, implementos y el cabrito, el cual podrán comprar con alguno de los 30 de productores que residen en el municipio de Candela.
El alcalde Amador Garza comunicó que los ingredientes que deberán utilizar en el festival son leche de cabra y harina de maíz, que también se producen en el municipio.
Dio a conocer que las actividades iniciarán desde el 24 de julio en Candela con una cabalgata, rodeo, baile y festival del bocho. Tres días después se llevará a cabo el Festival del Cabrito que tendrá que cocinarse de manera tradicional en acero y a las brazas.
