En alerta Protección Civil, Bomberos y Policía Municipal de Saltillo por lluvias; no hay reportes de inundaciones

Debido a la lluvia intermitente y la niebla, el Ayuntamiento de Saltillo ha mantenido operativos en las principales vialidades de la ciudad a través de la Policía Municipal, Protección Civil y los Bomberos.
El pronóstico del Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN) indica que las lluvias continuarán durante todo el fin de semana en la región Sureste de Coahuila, afectando los municipios de Saltillo, Arteaga, Parras, Ramos Arizpe y General Cepeda.

Debido al pavimento mojado, el número de accidentes ha aumentado y las fuerzas de seguridad están en constante alerta. Además, se monitorean las áreas del norte de la ciudad capital que son susceptibles a inundaciones, así como otras zonas propensas a encharcamientos.
Según Alberto Neira Vielma, director de Protección Civil y Bomberos de Saltillo, se están realizando recorridos por toda la ciudad, especialmente en lugares donde se han producido inundaciones en ocasiones anteriores, así como en los márgenes de arroyos y avenidas.
El director de Protección Civil mencionó que debido a que se esperan condiciones similares de lluvia durante todo el fin de semana, “nuestro personal continuará realizando recorridos y monitoreando constantemente los escurrimientos de agua y las zonas propensas a estancamientos”, afirmó el funcionario.
Hasta este sábado, no se han reportado inundaciones en la ciudad ni situaciones de emergencia debido a la humedad en las viviendas de adobe o en la periferia de Saltillo.
“Saltillo tendrá cielos nublados y temperaturas que rondarán los 18 grados como máximo, con mínimas de 11 grados, y se esperan lluvias abundantes hasta el domingo”, añadió el director.
Se recomienda conducir con precaución, respetar los límites de velocidad y evitar pasar por áreas donde el agua está estancada para no poner en riesgo ni la integridad ni el patrimonio personal.
