FGE catea anexo en Arteaga tras denuncias por abuso sexual
Derivado de una investigación en proceso por los delitos de violación y abuso sexual que habían sido presuntamente cometidos en contra de una mujer al interior del lugar, elementos de la Fiscalía General del Estado realizó un cateo en un centro de rehabilitación ubicado en la zona centro del municipio de Arteaga.
Fue la noche de este jueves cuando las autoridades arribaron al domicilio ubicado en calle Benito Juárez marcado con los números 200 y 205, donde se presentaron en el anexo para realizar la diligencia correspondiente.
La orden de cateo fue expedida por una juez de control, bajo la causa penal 005/2022 de la cual se deriva de una carpeta de investigación en contra de Rubén “N”, quien se desempeñaba aparentemente como guardia de seguridad en el inmueble.
En dicha orden se menciona al individuo que es investigado por el delito de violación y abuso sexual en prejuicio de Karmin Yamilet “N”, quien había sido ingresada para el tratamiento en el mencionado centro de rehabilitación.
Con dicha orden y acompañados de la autoridad ministerial se revisarán las grabaciones de las cámaras de seguridad con las que cuenta el sitio para que se investigue todo lo posible derivado de la denuncia y del caso que se lleva en proceso.
Debido a la denuncia interpuesta por la víctima en el centro de justicia y empoderamiento para las mujeres se tomó la decisión de clausurar las instalaciones de el cual ya se encuentra sin personal ni personas ingresadas en este.
Al cuestionar a los vecinos de dicho inmueble, manifestaron bajo anonimato que en las noches se escuchaban gritos y alguno que otro sonido extraño provenientes del interior del centro el cual aparentemente no es la primera vez que se denuncia por maltrato a las personas, comentaron.
