Iglesia ofrece apoyo contra adicciones

PIEDRAS NEGRAS, COAH.- A raíz del incremento de suicidios, violencia familiar e intoxicación por sobredosis de drogas, el obispo de la Diócesis de Piedras Negras, Alonso Gerardo Garza ofreció los servicios de la iglesia y sus instituciones para la ayuda.
Destacó que derivado del problema de adicción a drogas como la cocaína y las metanfetaminas, esta última de mayor consumo, es notorio el aumento en los casos de agresiones verbales y físicas, hasta con el uso de armas dentro del seno familiar.
ADICTOS PRECOCES
“También tenemos información del aumento de drogas y desde muy temprana edad se ven inmersos en el consumo, lo que ocasiona muchas situaciones negativas tanto en la salud mental como en lo físico”, aseveró el líder religioso.
Hizo un llamado a quien se ven afectados por este problema, a que se acerquen a la iglesia para poderlos ayuda, orientándolos o en su caso canalizarlos a instituciones de ayuda que proporcionan rehabilitación contra las drogas.
Se dijo preocupado por el alza de suicidios que se ha presentado en la región.
