Más buscan casas usadas en norte y oriente de Saltillo
Este año aumentó hasta 15 por ciento la demanda de vivienda usada en la capital del estado, sobre todo en las zonas norte y oriente de la ciudad, informó Héctor Aguirre Sánchez, presidente de la Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) Sección Saltillo.
“En general está creciendo la ciudad para casi todos lados, pero oriente y norte son las zonas más demandadas, y muy cercano sería el sur de la ciudad, el que tiene menos demanda es la zona poniente”, señaló.

Aguirre Sánchez señaló que la demanda de vivienda usada incrementó principalmente porque este año se construyó menos casas respecto a periodos anteriores; además el Infonavit desarrolló estrategias para que las personas pudieran juntar créditos sin necesidad de estar casados.
A esto se suma la disminución en las tasas de interés anual por parte de los bancos, con una baja de hasta un dígito, así como las promociones durante el Buen Fin en productos inmobiliarios, como cero comisión por apertura o avalúo gratis.
“Zonas como el oriente o el norte, dependiendo del valor de la vivienda, están muy cercanas a los centros de trabajo, hay más servicios y eso ayuda a que los usuarios prefieran estos sectores”, subrayó el presidente de la AMPI Saltillo.

Por otro lado, sostuvo que el poniente de la ciudad no es elegido por los habitantes porque los accesos a las colonias del sector se encuentran saturados, sobre todo en horas pico, por lo que el tráfico ahuyenta a posibles interesados en adquirir una vivienda.
VANGUARDIA informó que este año la demanda de vivienda usada de 700 mil a 1.5 millones de pesos aumentó, mientras disminuyó la oferta de vivienda nueva de 700 mil a 1.2 millones de pesos en comparación con periodos anteriores.
“Tal vez el crecimiento de la vivienda usada de 12 a 15% puede estar ligado al rezago de vivienda nueva (700 mil a 1.2 millones de pesos)”, aseguró Héctor Aguirre, el presidente de la AMPI y por supuesto un experto en el tema

Antes de comprar una casa, debemos tener en cuenta suubicación, precio, tipo de vivienda y si arrastra posibles deudas.
En este último caso, representa que el propietario no ha hecho frente a algunos pagos y a la hora de adquirir esa casa, podemos tener sorpresas nada buenas.
