Montan operativo “Semana Santa Segura” en Castaños, Coahuila

Con la misión de garantizar un paso seguro hacia los sitios turísticos y pueblos mágicos así como a la frontera del Estado a los viajeros que durante este periodo vacacional transitarán por el tramo de la carretera federal 57 que atraviesa a Castaños, se activó este jueves el operativo “Semana Santa Segura”.
Las acciones de vigilancia serán encabezadas por los elementos de Seguridad Pública Municipal adscritos al Mando Policial Coordinado bajo el mando del comandante José Ramos García, en coordinación con la Policía Civil de Coahuila, el GATEM y la Fiscalía del Estado.

“Sabemos que en Castaños en estas fechas se dispara el tránsito de vehículos porque somos la entrada de Nuevo León y el sur del Estado hacia el resto de Coahuila, y es nuestra responsabilidad salvaguardar el paso de todos los turistas y familias hacia sus destinos”, indicó el alcalde Juan Antonio Garza García.
Explicó que la prioridad del dispositivo es la de evitar accidentes por choferes que manejen en estado de ebriedad así como auxiliar en cualquier emergencia a los viajeros.
Pidió a los automovilistas no manejar cansados ni tomados, respetar los señalamientos y la velocidad establecida, así como acatar las indicaciones del personal que estará asistiendo en la carretera.
