Coahuila: Mejía Berdeja no descarta buscar la gubernatura

PIEDRAS NEGRAS, COAH.- Ricardo Mejía Berdeja, subsecretario de Seguridad Pública del Gobierno Federal, no descartó buscar la precandidatura a la gubernatura de Coahuila, siempre y cuando haya condiciones, aunque su prioridad es cumplir con el trabajo encomendado por el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
“Los tiempos político-electorales se irán acercando para tomar una decisión, pero por lo pronto estamos trabajando para este proceso del 10 de abril, pero en su momento lo vamos a definir. Quiero comentar que hemos encontrado simpatía de la gente en promover un cambio político para el estado; nos parece que Coahuila es necesario que se sume a esta ola de transformación que vive el país”, subrayó en conferencia de prensa.

Dijo que no puede poner su aspiración personal por delante: “porque soy parte de un proyecto de transformación del país”.
Aclaró que solicitó licencia en su cargo por 10 días con el fin de trabajar en este proyecto en su estado natal , con el fin de impulsar la consulta, un ejercicio democrático que sirve como catalizador para que la gente se anime a expresarse.

Cabe recordar que el proceso electoral para renovar la gubernatura de Coahuila se llevará acabo en 2023.
