Sabinas: olvidan a sus hijos en casa hogar padres ‘negligentes’
SABINAS, COAH.- Los padres a los que les han sido retirados sus hijos y han sido canalizados a un albergue temporal, lamentablemente se olvidan de ellos, aseguró el delegado de la Procuraduría para Niños, Niñas y la Familia, Pronnif, en la Región Carbonífera, Dariel Salgado.
Declaró que la omisión de cuidados es por diversas causas, desde les faltan las vacunas correspondientes, que no los mandan o acuden a las escuelas y porque están solos o abandonados en sus domicilios.
Aunque en ningún municipio es privativa esta situación, lamentablemente en los últimos meses se ha acentuado en Múzquiz.
Hay casos pendientes y los niños aún se encuentran en la casa-hogar, porque los familiares ni siquiera se acercan o muestran interés por conocer la situación legal: “ni los padres, abuelos o tíos, es decir ningún familiar”, comentó.
Es un dato curioso, informó el titular de la Pronnif, no sabemos si es falta de interés o de compromiso, pero no se tiene ese apego, de continuar así nos tendremos que ir a un juicio para retirar la custodia total de los familiares, señaló.
Comentó que los familiares de los niños, prefieren acudir con los medios para dar a conocer sus casos, que acudir, informarse y hacer el proceso legal para recuperar la custodia de los menores.
“Los niños de todos estos casos se encuentran un centro de asistencia social, pero esto no puede ser así, no deben de pasar mucho tiempo en dicho centro.
“Hay una causal que abre un proceso, si un niño que fue retirado por omisión de cuidados tiene mas de 30 días en el centro, pues es motivo para abrir un juicio para la pérdida total de la patria potestad, y tenemos muchos casos que los niños sobre pasan ese lapso”, dijo el entrevistado.
