Planea Interjet retomar sus operaciones comerciales

CDMX.- La aerolínea Interjet, que dejó de volar hace casi un año en medio de serios problemas financieros, planea retomar operaciones comerciales en 2022 con una flotilla de 10 Airbus SE A320 y posiblemente 10 Let L-410 de manufactura checa.
Iván Romo, a cargo de la restructuración de Interjet luego de la salida de Argoss Partners a mitad de año, declaró a Bloomberg este miércoles que la empresa tiene charlas con cuatro potenciales inversionistas, tres de ellos de Estados Unidos.
“El esquema de financiamiento que se busca en esta fase es un esquema muy complicado, de distressed investing”, dijo Romo, un abogado y socio gerente de la firma SOELI Consulting.
Interjet tiene una abultada deuda cercana a 40 mil millones de pesos (mil 800 millones de dólares) que heredaron de la administración anterior, reconoció el nuevo director general de la aerolínea, Luis Federico Bertrand. Los principales adeudos se tienen ante el SAT, con ASA Combustibles y arrendadores de aviones.
Los adeudos fiscales de la empresa aérea podrían alcanzar hasta los 700 millones de dólares en impuestos atrasados.
