Denuncian que gasolinera de Saltillo vende combustible con agua

Servicio Inconra pagará reparaciones de vehículos; revisiones de Profeco detectan irregularidades en una de cada 4 gasolineras en la región este año

La noche del jueves, al menos 10 automovilistas resultaron con daños en sus vehículos luego de que la gasolinera Servicio Incora SA de CV, ubicada en Paseo de la Reforma, les surtiera combustible con agua.
Los afectados acudieron ayer por la mañana a las oficinas de la estación para reclamar el pago de las reparaciones, que van entre los 5 y 10 mil pesos por unidad, ante lo cual –después de varias horas– la empresa se comprometió a reembolsarles los gastos.
“Dicen que tenemos que traer una cotización, mi carro es un Neón 2017 y van a ser más de 10 mil pesos, porque al parecer le afectó el tanque de gasolina, inyectores y lo que salga en la agencia; lo malo es que tenemos que pagar y después nos van a reembolsar, así que no sabemos si confiar”, señaló una de las usuarias perjudicadas, quien prefirió omitir su nombre.
Édgar, un trabajador del Catastro municipal, expuso que antier acudió a cargar gasolina aproximadamente a las 21:00 horas, tras lo cual quedó varado en el bulevar Francisco Coss.
“No supe que hacer en ese momento, porque ya era de noche e iba con mis hijos, hoy ya perdí todo el día, así que espero que me resuelvan de inmediato”, manifestó.
Según los testimonios de los afectados, la versión de Servicio Inconra es que el combustible comprado a Pemex les llegó contaminado de agua. VANGUARDIA MX preguntó al encargado de la gasolinera sobre el problema, pero respondió que al no ser el representante legal no estaba autorizado para dar una declaración.
“Lo increíble es que nadie se dio cuenta y ahora ya nos quedamos sin coche, y tendremos que esperar a que nos solucionen”, subrayó otro usuario que exigió una remediación.
DETECTAN ANOMALÍAS
De acuerdo con el reporte “Quién es quién en los combustibles”, de la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (Profeco), este año una de cada cuatro gasolineras revisadas en la zona metropolitana de Saltillo –y en general en Coahuila– han resultado con irregularidades que derivaron en la inmovilización de bombas.
De las 23 estaciones inspeccionadas al azar en Saltillo y Ramos Arizpe –Arteaga no lleva ninguna en 2019–, seis presentaron fallas (26 por ciento); a nivel estatal, de 59 en 16 se realizaron señalamientos (27 por ciento).
El lunes, Francisco Sheffield Padilla, titular de la Profeco, declaró que el 11 por ciento de las gasolineras en el País no dan litros de a litro. Y ayer, previo a la visita de Andrés Manuel López Obrador a Nuevo León, asociaciones civiles urgieron al Presidente a actuar contra la contaminación en Monterrey, destacando la necesidad de gasolinas de mayor calidad.
