Rechazan PAN y PVEM eliminar el presupuesto ordinario a partidos

El PAN y el PVEM rechazan la reforma electoral de Andrés Manuel López Obrador, que plantea eliminar los recursos ordinarios a los partidos, porque dejaría en desventaja a la oposición, que no tendría presupuesto para capacitación, formación de cuadros y otras actividades de posicionamiento de los institutos.
En tanto, Morena seguiría recibiendo financiamiento de manera ilegal, por debajo del agua, por parte de la Federación, señaló Gerardo Aguado Gómez, secretario general del PAN en Coahuila.
“El presidente quiere eliminar el dinero para los partidos en tiempos no electorales, dice que es muy caro para el Estado mantener las nóminas y gasto ordinario de partidos, que lo correcto es que militancia y simpatizantes financien eso y el Estado solo se encargue de darles dinero en tiempo de campaña”.
“Obviamente es un intento del presidente para debilitar a los partidos de oposición al máximo. Actualmente Morena tiene el poder federal y el de la mayoría de los estados; es decir, no les afectaría esta medida porque de manera corrupta dispondrían de mucho dinero público”, dijo.
Así, todo el aparato y el presupuesto gubernamental estaría a disposición de Morena y la oposición terminaría por desaparece.
“Obrador sabe lo que pasaría, no tendrías dinero ni para celebrar asambleas de renovación de órganos; quiere que los partidos de oposición mueran de nada”, señaló.
José Refugio Sandoval, secretario de Acción Electoral del Verde Ecologista en el estado, también se mostró en desacuerdo con la propuesta de AMLO, porque las partidas ordinarias se utilizan para actividades de capacitación y formación política.
“Es una manera populista de decir que se va a ahorrar dinero, cuando se puede ahorrar de otras maneras, simplemente “La Mañanera” cuesta miles de millones de peso al año y no creo que dé empleo y los partidos estamos creando empleo y es recurso que se gasta en los municipios para apoyar a la militancia, hacer eventos y tener vigencia”, dijo.
