Piden en Coahuila regulación del Outsourcing

La empresa de outsourcing que quiera operar en Coahuila deberá siempre acatar las disposiciones y no buscar trucos con los empleados
El diputado local, Jesús Berino Granado, aplaudió la revisión a la Ley del Trabajo que aprobaron en el Senado, sin embargo, puntualizó que uno de los temas es el referente al sistema de outsourcing. Es por ello que señaló que el gran pendiente es la regulación tota de una figura que dijo “nació sin forma”.
Además, el también secretario de la CTM aseguró que “la empresa de outsourcing que quiera operar en Coahuila deberá siempre acatar las disposiciones y no buscar trucos con los empleados, porque se debe cumplir a los trabajadores”.
DEBE SER BIEN REGULADA
Por su parte el empresario saltillense, Juan Carlos Villarreal, aseguró que debe ser bien regulada e incluso se debe buscar un modelo utilizado en países en donde tiene un funcionamiento que realmente beneficie al trabajador y promueva las contrataciones como marca la ley.
“En Europa hay un outsourcing con una regulación adecuada, estamos en contra de disfrazar bajas prestaciones o la no asignación de prestaciones, el patrón tiene responsabilidades y tiene que evitarse que sea un mecanismo para que el patrón pueda evadirlas”.
El presidente del Consejo de Grupo Industrial Saltillo recalcó que el tema deberá verse en el Congreso de la Unión para llegar a una reforma que permita un crecimiento adecuado en todos los aspectos.
