Clausuran en Torreón carnicería que operaba en condiciones insalubres
TORREÓN, COAHUILA.- En respuesta a una queja ciudadana recibida a través de redes sociales, el personal de la Dirección de Inspección y Verificación clausuró la carnicería conocida como La 17, donde se detectó un grave foco de infección que constituía un riesgo para la salud de los consumidores.
El director de esta dependencia municipal, Raúl Gerardo Rodríguez García, informó que el interior del negocio no cumplía con las condiciones adecuadas para la comercialización de productos destinados al consumo humano. Esto se debía a la proliferación de fauna nociva, tanto viva como muerta, que se evidenció durante la revisión.

Los inspectores notaron malos olores provenientes de los frigoríficos debido a los productos cárnicos en estado de descomposición que se encontraron. Por lo tanto, se procedió a colocar los sellos de clausura en el establecimiento.
La suspensión se debió a varias violaciones a las normas, incluyendo la presencia de productos en mal estado, fauna nociva como ratas y cucarachas. Además, se observó que los trabajadores no contaban con licencia de salud, llevaban indumentaria sucia y no cumplían con las prácticas adecuadas de higiene, ya que el único lavamanos en el negocio no disponía de jabón, desinfectantes ni papel toalla.
El funcionario anunció que el personal de Inspección y Verificación lleva a cabo operativos de revisión diariamente en diversos tipos de comercios.
En esta ocasión, se inspeccionó la carnicería debido a las denuncias recibidas. También adelantó que se continuará supervisando la operación de otros establecimientos, independientemente de su giro comercial, con especial atención en el ámbito de alimentos.
