Detectan ‘aviadores’ en el Insabi
En el Instituto de Salud para el Bienestar y en la Secretaría de Salud del Estado hay por lo menos 16 aviadores entre personal médico, y de otras áreas, de acuerdo con información proporcionada por el líder del Sindicato Único de Trabajadores Estatales, Tulio Dante Lule Guevara.
“La situación es que nosotros tenemos registrados 16, son demasiados los que existen, pero no los hemos denunciado porque hemos estado trabajando en la firma del contrato colectivo, teniendo la firma, iremos a una auditoría ante el departamento de Recursos Humanos”, declaró.
Indicó que esta situación se detectó durante una revisión de la nómina y dado que estos trabajadores no ejecutan ninguna labor, pues “no desempeñan ninguna función ni cubren ningún horario, pero sí cobran puntualmente su sueldo”.
El Departamento de Recursos Humanos emite por trimestre un listado de pago ante transparencia que se llama CACOC, que publica la Secretaría de Finanzas, ahí aparecen trabajadores con códigos que no les corresponden y que tampoco están en funciones, explicó Lule Guevara.
Añadió que esta situación ha afectado incluso a la basificación de trabajadores eventuales, recordando que muchos de ellos tienen hasta 10 años trabajando para la Secretaría de Salud coahuilense.
“Ellos sí que desempeñan una función (los trabajadores eventuales) y no están protegidos de ninguna manera, los demás están recibiendo un sueldo de hasta 40 mil pesos mensuales, vamos a pedir una auditoría ante la Secretaría de Fiscalización y Rendición de Cuentas y Contraloría del Estado para que se pueda auditar la administración de Salud Coahuila”, dijo.
VANGUARDIA buscó al titular de Salud en Coahuila para saber su opinión al respecto, aunque no se obtuvo respuesta.
EVENTUALES TEMEN PERDER SUS DERECHOS
El día de ayer decenas de trabajadores eventuales de la Secretaría de Salud en la Región Sureste se manifestaron en la sede ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, para exigir una reunión con la autoridad administrativa y conocer los nuevos preceptos señalados en el nuevo contrato que deberán firmar más de mil 700 afectados.
