En Torreón, mujer discapacitada muere arrollada por autobús

TORREÓ, COAHUILA.– Una mujer que se desplazaba en silla de ruedas, murió la noche del lunes, 4 de octubre, en la colonia Villas del Bosque, donde la impactó un autobús de la línea Alianza – La Cortina, cuyo conductor fue detenido.
La muerte de la persona fue instantánea, ya que por la altura de su silla de ruedas su cabeza quedó a la altura de la defensa del camión de pasajeros.
Ahí fue identificada como Candelaria Herrera Zamarrón, de 45 años.
El chofer se llama Juan Carlos, tiene 46 años y tripulaba el autobús número 01 de la línea Alianza – La Cortina.
Los hechos ocurrieron alrededor de las 10:30 horas en la calle Bromo a la altura de la calle La Joya, en la colonia Villas del Bosque.
A esa hora, se reportó al 911 que un camión de pasajeros atropelló a una mujer en silla de ruedas y que no reaccionaba.
Paramédicos de la Secretaría de Salud arribaron en pocos minutos, pero ya no pudieron algo por la persona, por lo que se requirió al personal de la Agencia de Investigación Criminal (AIC) para que tomara conocimiento de los hechos.
El camionero manifestó que a dar vuelta para circular por la calle Bromo no vio a la mujer en silla de ruedas y la impactó y al detener la marcha del vehículo le indicaron que la señora estaba tirada detrás del camión.
El cuerpo fue trasladado al Servicio Médico Forense (Semefo) para la práctica de la necropsia, mientras que el detenido quedó a disposición del agente del Ministerio Público para que le resuelta la situación legal.
