Juez vincula a proceso a presunto feminicida de Ocampo, Coahuila

Tras ser señalado como el autor del feminicidio de una mujer de 32 años, quien era su ex pareja y habitaba en el municipio de Ocampo, Coahuila, Leonardo “N” fue vinculado a proceso por un juez de control y enviado al Centro Penitenciario de Piedras Negras, mientras continúa el proceso de investigación.
Este lunes en punto de las 10:30 se inició la audiencia por el delito de feminicidio en agravio de María “N” el Centro de Justicia Penal de la Región Centro del Estado.
De forma privada se dio esta actividad, donde se le controló su legal detención y se le formuló la imputación.
El juez de control le vinculó a proceso y dio un plazo de cuatro meses de investigación, aplicando la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva por lo que con apoyo de elementos de la Policía del Estado fue trasladado al Cereso de Piedras Negras.

Fue la madrugada del pasado viernes cuando Leonardo “N” habría ingresado al domicilio de María “N” a agredirle, las primeras versiones indicaban que exigía a su ex pareja el sostener relaciones sexuales con el, sin embargo al negarse comenzó a golpearla brutalmente y finalmente la asfixió.
Fue el hermano de la hoy occisa quien al buscarle a la mañana siguiente le encontró sin signos vitales.
Familiares de la víctima acudieron a la audiencia y manifestaron que las agresiones físicas de este hombre hacia María “N” eran constantes, desafortunadamente no midió sus acciones y ella perdió la vida, dejando en orfandad a dos adolescentes de 12 y 14 años de edad.
