Peligra pago de Pemex a proveedores y contratistas

CDMX.- El Consejo de Administración de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) fue informado en torno a que las filiales Exploración y Producción, Transformación Industrial y Logística podrían incumplir el compromiso de cubrir los adeudos pendientes a proveedores y contratistas en este año, que son quienes “soportan la actividad física de la empresa”.
Por ello, considera “urgente” instrumentar un mecanismo financiero que permita asegurar dichos pagos, que al cierre de noviembre de este año ascienden a 51 mil 196.6 millones de pesos.
De esa cantidad, que incluye adeudos de este año, 48 mil 507.4 millones de pesos son obligaciones de pago ya facturadas, así como 2 mil 689.1 millones de pesos de trabajos y materiales recibidos pendientes de facturar.
En su sesión del pasado 3 de noviembre, el Consejo de Administración recibió información de la administración de Pemex del problema de pagos a proveedores y contratistas, lo que abre la posibilidad de que se negocie con las empresas privadas los términos de los contratos vigentes, “procurando obtener las mejores condiciones de mercado”.
El Consejo autorizó e instruyó a la administración de la petrolera para que, por vía la Dirección Corporativa de Finanzas, se lleven a cabo las acciones para el “diseño e instrumentación de un mecanismo financiero para el pago de adeudos de proveedores y contratistas”.
Entre los mayores adeudos de Pemex destacan tres contratos con Baker Hughes, por 2 mil 74.5 millones de pesos.
