No hay reglas sobre paridad: PAN Coahuila

El PAN Coahuila, ante el escenario de falta de reglas claras para la decisión sobre si los próximo candidato a la gubernatura en el 2023 será hombre o mujer, visualizan el acuerdo del INE, que va en el sentido de dar a los partidos políticos la facultad de postular hombre o mujer, pero en paridad, para esta entidad y el Estado de México.
Al declararse sin efecto la Ley Electoral de Coahuila por parte del Tribunal Constitucional, se deja sin fondo en la discusión de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, sin embargo el dictamen, que propone declarar inconstitucional el artículo transitorio para que la paridad inicie en el estado, como quiera se emitirá un dictamen, pero hasta el lunes 4 de julio.
“El INE siempre tiene acuerdos para las elecciones de cada año. El acuerdo que hay es que para los estados que no tengan legislado el tema de paridad género, serán sujetos a su acuerdo. Esto en Coahuila fue dejado sin efecto por el Tribunal Constitucional”, dijo la dirigente del PAN, Elsa Maldonado.
Agregó que hasta el día de hoy el supuesto que existe es “sujetarnos al acuerdo del INE, pero que todavía no se emite, y a partir de ahí se tomarán decisiones para el Estado de México como para Coahuila, a fin de apegarse a la paridad”.
