Nuevo plazo a resolución contra Gutiérrez
La Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación postergó ayer al menos 2 semanas más la resolución del expediente 921/2019, en el que Chihuahua busca recuperar la causa penal en el juicio que había concluido y logrado sentencia contra el coahuilense Alejandro Gutiérrez Gutiérrez.
En su sesión de ayer, la Primera Sala del máximo órgano de justicia del país ni siquiera programó el análisis de la causa.
Como se ha señalado, la Fiscalía chihuahuense básicamente busca recuperar su carácter de víctima en la acusación del presunto peculado por 250 millones de pesos contra el empresario y político coahuilense, dinero del erario de dicha entidad que, asegura, se desvió a campañas electorales del PRI.
En ese entonces, Gutiérrez Gutiérrez fungía como Secretario General adjunto del CEN del Revolucionario Institucional.
En la resolución controvertida por Chihuahua, un juzgador federal determinó que los recursos involucrados en el supuesto delito son federales y no estatales.
Ante eso, el agraviado resultó ser el Gobierno Federal, que a través de la entonces Procuraduría General de la República (hoy FGR), se desistió y no procedió penalmente contra Gutiérrez.
NO ESTÁ PROGRAMADO
La Primera Sala tampoco tiene enlistado el expediente de Gutiérrez Gutiérrez para el próximo 1 de diciembre, por lo que, a menos que se agregue para esa fecha, sería hasta el 8 de diciembre cuando se aborde.
