Sistema Vial Cuatro Caminos de Torreón lleva un 35 por ciento de avance

Torreón, Coahuila. - El Sistema Vial Cuatro Caminos lleva un 35 por ciento de avance, 3.4 por ciento arriba de lo estimado, considerando que para el próximo martes se estarían cumpliendo seis meses desde que arrancó la obra, detalló el director de Movilidad Urbana, Luis Morales Cortés.
Indicó que los cambios a la circulación que se hicieron este jueves serán permanentes dada la experiencia que se tuvo en el flujo vehicular.

Explicó que esta semana se realizó un colado que obligó al cierre del bulevar Independencia, de Ávila Camacho a Cuauhtémoc, por lo que se habilitó un carril de contrasentido para que se diera vuelta en Cuauhtémoc y continuar por Independencia hacia el oriente.
Señaló que con esta desviación se permitirá continuar con la perforación del paso deprimido para colocar pilotes en el carril de Independencia, lo que dará pie para ampliar la instalación de trabes y en su momento el colado.
Dijo que ante esta modificación a la circulación se encuentran destacados agentes viales en el sitio para socializar los cambios, así como para orientación de los peatones y vehículos que circulan por la zona, especialmente en las horas de mayor flujo.
El funcionario recomendó a los ciudadanos anticipar sus salidas y circular con precaución.
RADARES
Por otra parte, comentó que el día de ayer se probaron los radares de velocidad, un producto tecnológico de mucha utilidad, del cual el sábado se hizo una demostración en el bulevar La Nogalera.
Mediante el uso de este medio, ayer se aplicaron algunas infracciones, el dispositivo permite ubicar con un láser el vehículo, tener una foto del momento, donde se registra la velocidad con las características de la unidad y es pues una herramienta para los conductores que puedan argumentar que no iban a exceso de velocidad.
