Ve Coahuila irreversibles los recortes federales; seguirán el próximo año

Se prevé que Coahuila siga dejando de percibir recursos federales para 2022 y no se ve cómo pueda ser reversible esa situación, señaló Javier Díaz González, Administrador Fiscal General del Estado.
VANGUARDIA publicó que en tres años de gobierno de Andrés Manuel López Obrador, se han dejado de ingresar más de 18 mil millones de pesos a las arcas estatales y no se ha destinado dinero para carreteras, los proyectos del Gobierno federal no se han concretado en la entidad y todos los sectores vivieron, además de recortes, cambios adversos en sus programas.
Díaz calificó de “catastróficas” para la entidad las consecuencias que han traído dichos recortes en los últimos tres años.
“Desde descuentos de participaciones, aportaciones federales, todo lo que era de convenios, los subsidios que las mismas dependencias estatales tenían con las dependencias federales, todo lo que se ha dejado de recibir por ejemplo en conservación de caminos y de carreteras...”, refirió.
A todo eso, añadió, también está la eliminación de fondos como el Minero, el de Hidrocarburos, el Metropolitano; lo relacionado con ciencia y tecnología, cultura, deporte.
Por si fuera poco, el decremento de unos 800 millones de pesos en el IEPS de gasolina y diesel, que ha impactado no sólo a Coahuila, sino a todas las entidades.
“No vemos cómo pueda ser reversible porque la recaudación federal participable sigue bajando”, indicó Díaz sobre la continua baja de ingresos, que ya suman dicha cantidad de 18 mil millones de pesos.
Sobre los 54 mil millones de pesos que pretende Coahuila en su Presupuesto 2022, Díaz se mostró cauto.
Recordó que la situación es diferente en cuanto a ingresos propios, que al 31 de agosto de este 2021, muestran un incremento del 24 por ciento de incremento en relación al 2020 y un 10 por ciento arriba de lo presupuestado.
