Atrae corredor Saltillo-Monterrey a IP tapatía

Ante el atractivo que representa la instalación de la planta de Tesla en Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, un grupo de 16 inversionistas tapatíos busca instalar sus plantas en el corredor Saltillo-Monterrey.
Héctor Horacio Dávila Rodríguez indicó que son empresas del giro metalmecánico (fresas, tornos, estructuras, entre otros) y son pequeñas, medianas y grandes. Estimó que representan a plantas cuya inversión puede ir de los 2 a los 20 millones de dólares, mientras que su rango de empleos por planta va de los 20 a los 400.

“Viene mucha gente a ver terrenos, las áreas de oportunidad y cómo pueden incursionar en este crecimiento que tiene la Región Sureste; la gente de afuera ve y siente el apetito por desarrollarse y crecer”, dijo.
Dávila Rodríguez consideró que este mismo año iniciaría la compra de terrenos y puede que para diciembre se empiecen a instalar las primeras plantas.
Apuntó que el que Saltillo y Ramos Arizpe se queden con estás inversiones dependerá de las facilidades que se les otorguen a los inversionistas, aunque reconoció que se tiene ventajas en comparación con Monterrey, donde se tienen más requisitos, mientras que Santa Catarina no tiene experiencia en aprovechar esta coyuntura.
