Saltillo.- The yogi Jap Sing Khalsa, profesional of the Kundalini Yoga, who practices numerology since years ago, explains to Vanguardia newspaper what this date symbolizes.

"The Aquarius Era starts since our perspective on November 11/11, and the Piscis Era ends", he claims.

This mean that we are going through by a transition as a planet, that it is due to an arrangement of the stars, which is an influence for the human psyche", he added.

The erudite said that because the world has advanced immeasurably on technology and informatic accumulation, now, human beings do not now what to do with such knowledge.

"There are too many information that brain have not developed capacity to cope it", he said. Since the info is not released, brain saturates and short circuits happen and also collective mind confusion".

Jap Singh Khalsa said that new era is a mind change combined with action that will be focused on Being and not in to Have or Doing, as have happened until nowadays.

The yogi recommends to meditate. And it does not mean to go to a far place and stay alone, but be in touch with oneself, harmonize mind and body and to understand the Universe. He pointed out that a lot of communities will do it on 11/11/11.

"And it is because, the number 11", he explained, "represents creation voice, Universe creative energy, a great cosmic vibration, and so is an opportunity to conscientize and achive the so expected change that will come with this Era".

"However we should be careful", he warned, "because if we do not consider it seriously, we could approach to extinction".
