Investigan robo de camioneta que causó tragedia

Luego de que el policía involucrado en un choque que cobró la vida de cuatro personas fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de homicidio culposo y lesiones, la Fiscalía General dio a conocer que ya se ha iniciado una carpeta de investigación por el robo de la camioneta que manejaba.
De acuerdo con fuentes de la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), la camioneta portaba placas falsas del estado de Coahuila; sin embargo, en una investigación que realizaron se percataron que el vehículo no era del país.
Fue durante la madrugada del sábado pasado, cuando Erick “N” fue detenido tras ser señalado por haber causado un accidente a bordo de una camioneta tipo RAM, que causó la muerte de cuatro personas y otras cuatro resultaron heridas.
Las investigaciones de la Fiscalía apuntan a que el reporte de robo de la unidad fue emitido en Estados Unidos.
Además de indagar sobre el origen de la camioneta, la Fiscalía también tiene una carpeta de investigación por el delito de placas sobrepuestas.
El pasado lunes una jueza de control dictó el auto de vinculación a proceso contra Erick Javier “N”, el policía estatal señalado como presunto responsable.
Una de las cuestiones que resaltaron en dicha audiencia, fue que el ministerio público presentó fotografías donde se aprecia que el vehículo tenía en su interior latas de cerveza.
Sin embargo, la jueza hizo un extrañamiento público manifestando que los agentes de investigación no realizaron pruebas de alcoholemia que sustenten la teoría de que el imputado estaba ebrio, pese a que lo tenían a su disposición.
