Municipio de Torreón cumple al 100 por ciento obligaciones de transparencia

TORREÓN, COAH.- Este martes fue presentado ante regidores del Ayuntamiento de Torreón, el informe de actividades del primer trimestre de 2023 de la Unidad de Transparencia Municipal, donde destaca el cumplimiento del 100 por ciento, en cuanto a la presentación de la Información Pública de Oficio (IPO), durante el cierre del año pasado.
Marbil Valdez, titular de la Unidad, dijo que se entregaron los requisitos como listados, Atlas Municipal de Riesgos, análisis presupuestal, mapas de las vialidades existentes y aquellas que se encuentran planeadas dentro del desarrollo urbano, entre otros, sumando la totalidad de requerimientos.

En cuanto a las solicitudes de información, expresó que en este año en enero se atendieron 53, en febrero 30 y en marzo 23, sumando un total de 106. Además, en la Plataforma Nacional (PNT) 89 y de forma presencial 17.
Durante lo que va del ejercicio 2023, se recibieron 4 recursos de revisión, de ellos dos en enero y el resto en febrero.
Sumado a las actividades del área, mencionó que del 9 al 20 de febrero se llevó a cabo la revisión con cada uno de los enlaces de las unidades administrativas, de la información que se publica en la Plataforma Nacional, de acuerdo al Artículo 70 de la Ley General de Transparencia.
Con la finalidad de otorgar certeza a los ciudadanos en cuanto al ejercicio del derecho a la información pública, se diseñó una plataforma para el acceso a datos, solicitudes, finanzas, contratos, licitaciones, denuncias, sugerencias, leyes y reglamentos, así mismo, el directorio de servidores públicos.
