Ruta 3B en Saltillo, ¿opera sin concesión de transporte público?

A pesar de que en el Diario Oficial del Estado de Coahuila se anunció el término de su concesión, este pasado miércoles 27 de septiembre se observó a la ruta 3B de transporte público en Saltillo circulando con normalidad.
Fue en su recorrido por el Centro Histórico, particularmente en la calle Xicoténcatl, que con una unidad más pequeña al resto de rutas, la 3B subió y bajó pasaje.

Lo anterior sucede luego de que el pasado 31 de julio, el Cabildo de Saltillo determinó la caducidad de la concesión CTSP0569-A de la ruta a nombre del ciudadano Rodrigo Castillo Camarillo, mejor conocida como 3B.
En el documento se explica que la caducidad de la concesión se debió al término de su periodo, situación que fue aprobada por unanimidad por la Comisión de Movilidad y Transporte.
QUEDAN 28 RUTAS DE TRANSPORTE
Contando a la 3B que sigue brindando servicio con normalidad en unidades más pequeñas, son 28 las rutas de transporte público que actualmente circulan en Saltillo.
Desde 2020, son 12 las que han desaparecido, principalmente por haber dejado de ser negocio para los concesionarios.
Tan solo en lo que va del 2023 las rutas 10, La Torre, Pacheco, 18 Herradura y 2 Directa dejaron de circular.
La situación de la Pacheco y la 18 Herradura también a través del Diario Oficial. A pesar de ser publicados sus términos de sus concesiones igual que la 3B, fue el propio municipio, quien desde junio de este año informó a VANGUARDIA el término de su circulación.
Cabe señalar también que en ese momento también se informó que la 1B había dado por terminado su servicio, mismo que se reanudó en agosto, es decir un mes después.
Ciudadanos reportaron a VANGUARDIA la circulación de la ruta en un trazado muy similar a su original, además de tener la particularidad de contar con unidades rotuladas con el logotipo y los colores de la Nueva Estrategia de Transporte (NET).
NET, SIN FECHAS CLARAS
El pasado 25 de junio el Municipio de Saltillo anunció la Nueva Estrategia de Transporte en la que se pleanteó la reingeniería de las rutas del transporte público.
Además se puso énfasis en la implementación del sistema de pago por tarjeta y una aplicación móvil para monitorear la frecuencia del paso de las unidades.
No obstante, hasta este mes de septiembre no se han compartido a la opinión pública mayores avances en el tema y además no se determinaron fechas exactas.
Entonces se informó que “a mediano y largo plazo”, y una vez regularizado el sistema de cobro, se analizarán los datos para la adquisición de nuevas unidades.
