FGR debe informar sobre accidente en carretera Tuxtla Gutiérrez-Chiapa de Corzo

CDMX.- La Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) debe dar a conocer el número de la carpeta de investigación iniciada por el accidente de la volcadura de un tráiler en el kilómetro 6 de la carretera Tuxtla Gutiérrez-Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas, el 9 de diciembre de 2021, en el que perdieron la vida 53 personas migrantes, resolvió el Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).
“Este asunto es un claro ejemplo de que las personas migrantes constituyen, efectivamente, un grupo en situación de vulnerabilidad, pues presentan mayores riesgos para su seguridad y su dignidad humana”, afirmó la comisionada presidenta del INAI, Blanca Lilia Ibarra Cadena, al presentar el proyecto de resolución ante el Pleno.
Ibarra Cadena dijo que el desplazamiento de las personas de su lugar de origen a otro conlleva graves riesgos para su integridad y seguridad. En ese contexto, consideró apremiante conocer información sobre el accidente ocurrido en Chiapas, que cobró la vida de más de medio centenar de personas.
