Coahuila: fundan microempresa para mujeres maltratadas

La cosa es empoderar a las mujeres, que se hagan de un oficio, de una fuente de empleo para mantener a sus hijos y que no dependan al 100 del marido machista, golpeador y autoritario.
Es el sueño de Yazmín Jiménez Flores, maestra de educación rural y microempresaria que desde 2020 ha dedicado parte de su vida a enseñar a madres rurales a elaborar licores, cremas de licor, dulces regionales y mermeladas, como una alternativa de ayuda a la economía familiar.
“Hay mucha necesidad, las señoras no salen a trabajar porque, primero, está lejos, segundo carecen de estudios, tercero, los esposos no las dejan. Hay mucho machismo y mucha pobreza.
“Si nosotras les llevamos el trabajo a sus casas, que las señoras tengan una herramienta para sacar dinero para sus hogares sería genial”.
NO A LA VIOLENCIA
El proyecto va encaminado además a romper el círculo de violencia que enfrenta muchas féminas cuando no tienen un trabajo o un oficio que les permita no depender de su agresor.
Yazmín es de Puebla, es egresada del Centro de Bachillerato Tecnológico Agropecuario y es aspirante a licenciada en pedagogía por la UPN.
Yazmín, quien es también integrante de la Brigada de Educación para el Desarrollo Rural, de la SEP Federal, que atiende a productores y el sistema de educación abierta, cuenta que sus incursione por ejido de la Sierra de Arteaga y el sur de Saltillo, le ha permitido conocer de cerca la realidad de injusticia que vive la mujer rural.
“Hay una brecha muy grande entre las oportunidades para los hombres y para las mujeres, aún existen brechas económicas y laborales”.
Antes que nada, Yazmín hubo de tomar un curso sobre la fabricación licores y dulce regionales y pensó que sería una buena idea replicarlo y fundar una microempresa, un proyecto con visión de género, para ayudarse ella, Yazmín es madre de familia, y ayudar a las mujeres campesinas que habitan en las regiones con alta y muy alta marginación y son maltratadas.
UN GRUPO QUE VA CRECIENDO
Así, de a poco, a través de clases muy prácticas ha ido enseñando a señoras de 23 comunidades como Carneros, Las Colonias, en Saltillo, y El Tunal y Bella Unión, en Arteaga, a preparar estos productos, toda vez que las instruye en las ventas.
Lo primero para echar andar esta microempresa ya lo tiene que es la marca registrada de los productos a los que Yazmín ha denominado “El Cedrito”, Cremas y licores frutales artesanales bajo la leyenda “elaborados por manos de mujeres”.
“Estamos buscando que nos hagan las tablas nutrimentales, códigos de barra, para poder tener un producto de más calidad”.
CRECER Y MEJORAR
Su anhelo hoy es trenzar una gran cadena de mujeres productivas en ejidos y comunidades que puedan empoderarse por medio de conseguir ellas mismas el sustento económico.
“El 99 por ciento depende de la economía del marido, entonces entre más demanda tengamos vamos a ir incluyendo a más mujeres que nos ayuden, que las señoras de las comunidades que atendemos sean las que trabajen con nosotros para que tengan un ingreso extra”.
El siguiente paso, sigue soñando Yazmín, es llevar estos productos fuera de México.
