Impulsa Infonavit soluciones para dar créditos en Coahuila
La Dirección Sectorial de los Trabajadores del Infonavit (DST) anunció su meta fundamental; aumentar el número de derechohabientes que puedan acceder a una solución habitacional, así como garantizar que puedan ejercer su derecho para adquirir una vivienda digna para ellos y sus familias.
En este contexto, Mario Macías, titular de la DST, indicó que la dirección a su cargo se ha fijado tres objetivosl. El primero está enfocado en aumentar la oferta de créditos para vivienda a bajo costo, con valor menor a los 500 mil pesos, para los derechohabientes en el estado con menores ingresos.
Así como apoyar a los más de 211 mil trabajadores que están precalificados para acceder a una de las diferentes alternativas que ofrece el Infonavit.
Resaltó el programa de Asesor Sindical Certificado como la figura idónea para apoyar a los trabajadores a conocer los nuevos esquemas de crédito; su situación crediticia; opciones de cobranza social; seguros; formas de pago y otros temas que permiten brindarles apoyo, lo que evitará el “coyotaje.
El segundo objetivo está enfocado en garantizar la calidad integral de las viviendas a disposición de las familias.
Macías Robles dijo además que se implementó un sistema digital para revisar las Zonas de Consolidación Urbana donde se encuentra una vivienda o un terreno para saber si el predio o casa que pretenden adquirir es susceptible de ser financiado.
El tercer objetivo es preservar la salud financiera y acrecentar el Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda a través de establecer un sistema de financiamiento que permita otorgar crédito barato y suficiente para los trabajadores.
En Coahuila se han otorgado apoyos y prórrogas en pagos a aproximadamente 43 mil acreditados para atender la cartera vencida y que además se han convertido a pesos 15,177 créditos que se originaron en Veces en Salarios Mínimo.
