Piden organizaciones que candidatos firmen soluciones en materia de movilidad

Convocarán a los aspirantes a que expongan sus compromisos para mejorar la movilidad
El Consejo Ciudadano de Convivencia y Movilidad Sustentable de Saltillo, junto con otras asociaciones civiles, convocará a los candidatos a gobernador a que, de manera individual, presenten sus propuestas para atender el problema del transporte urbano en esta capital y otros municipios, porque ya es un problema de seguridad vial, de contaminación, de congestionamiento vehicular y de calidad de vida.
Pastor López Atilano, presidente del CCCMS, informó que solicitarán a los aspirantes que expongan de manera detallada sus planes para modernizar el transporte público, cómo se coordinarán con los municipios y con los concesionarios para lograrlo, y que los compromisos los plasmen por escrito.

Es necesario, aseguró, que Estado y municipio, trabajen en la modernización del transporte, en la búsqueda de financiamiento ante organismos nacionales e internacionales, recordando que en las ciudades donde el servicio es eficiente es porque está subsidiado o respaldado por las autoridades.
Hasta el momento, indicó, ninguno de los candidatos a la gubernatura ha abordado el tema en los debates realizados de manera profunda, solo Evaristo Lenin Pérez dijo algunas palabras en el anterior encuentro, pero sin dar detalles.
“No han presentado un proyecto ninguno de ellos, ningún plan para solucionar el problema, no han propuesto un plan integral de solución a la movilidad. Grupos de la sociedad civil tenemos planeado invitarlos de forma independiente, somos alrededor de 40 asociaciones civiles, la intención es concretar 4 ó 5 temas, entre ellos la movilidad y el transporte y que firmen un compromiso para que, en caso de que ganen, se comprometan a cumplir con esos temas”.
“El debate que van a tener (hoy) va a ser oficial, parecido al que tuvieron en Torreón y fue un fiasco porque nada más se dedicaron a atacar”, dijo, al indicar que buscarán ponerse en contacto con los aspirantes a partir del martes para acordar las fechas de reunión, además, los candidatos tendrán oportunidad de retroalimentarse con los planteamientos ciudadanos.
Pastor López consideró que el problema del transporte urbano no ha sido atendido de manera adecuada desde hace varios años, las unidades no se modernizan y las quejas son a diario por parte de los usuarios, que se ven obligados a adquirir vehículos particulares para desplazarse, por eso el congestionamiento vial que se presenta a cualquier hora del día en la ciudad.
“Ha crecido mucho la cantidad de autos, el gran problema es que no tenemos ingeniería vial, no están trabajando en organizar el flujo vehicular, no están diseñando cómo debe moverse el transporte, no hay visión para resolver el problema”, apuntó.
Desde el año pasado, el Consejo Ciudadano de Convivencia y Movilidad Sustentable de Saltillo ha propuesto a las autoridades abrir carriles de circulación exclusivos para el transporte urbano, lo que agilizaría la circulación y reduciría los embotellamientos. Además, las personas optarían por este servicio si se brinda con unidades modernas y que pasen con mayor frecuencia, porque también ahorrarían en pagar por horas de estacionamiento o parquímetro.
También ha planteado mejorar y ampliar las ciclovías, con campañas enfocadas al respeto hacia el peatón y los ciclistas para fomentar la movilidad no motorizada para reducir los vehículos en circulación y a la vez reducir la contaminación.
Al parecer no hay interés en el tema, son las mismas quejas de los usuarios todos los días, la infraestructura vial ya está saturada y ningún candidato ha ofrecido respuestas a este problema que afecta a la mayor parte de la población, expresó.
