Inflación: Navidad y año nuevo más caros en México
Revela la Alianza Nacional de Pequeños Comerciantes que las festividades crecerán su precio respecto al año pasado hasta en 27.24%
CDMX.- A pesar del aumento al salario mínimo de 14% que se aprobó para el presente año, la inflación provoca que las cenas para Navidad y Año Nuevo sean considerablemente más caras que en 2020, de acuerdo con un análisis de la Alianza Nacional de Pequeños Comerciantes (ANPEC).
En su monitoreo de fin de año con motivo del maratón Guadalupe-Candelaria, el organismo destacó que, por ejemplo, para preparar 6 kilos de pierna de cerdo el año pasado se requirió desembolsar 750 pesos, el equivalente a seis días de salario mínimo, pero para 2021 se necesitarán casi siete días de salario mínimo, es decir alrededor de 950 pesos.
En 2020 el salario mínimo fue de 123.22 pesos diarios y para el presente año subió a 141.7 pesos, pero la inflación anualizada a noviembre rebasó 7%.
De acuerdo con la ANPEC, este año, “este carrusel de festividades incrementará su precio respecto a 2020 hasta en 27.24%, pasando de 6 mil 287 pesos a 8 mil en promedio, considerando convivios de hasta 10 personas, obviamente sin regalitos ni juguetes”.
El presidente de la alianza, Cuauhtémoc Rivera, afirmó que tanto el encarecimiento de la vida como la incertidumbre sanitaria que aún se enfrenta a causa del COVID-19 están presentes en la conciencia colectiva del país, provocando un temor fundado.
“El dinero no alcanza y los alimentos y servicios cada día son más caros. La gente lo sabe, porque lo sufre, pero la nacionalidad mexicana es estoica, además de alegre”, expuso.
El problema es que el incremento salarial se afecta con la escalada de precios, dijo el presidente de la ANPEC.
De acuerdo con la organización que representa a tienditas y changarros, un pavo de 6 kilos costó 500 pesos en 2020, pero ahora se vende en 750 pesos.
