Agentes decomisan tráiler con diésel, en Saltillo

Agentes de la Guardia Nacional (GN), de la división de carreteras, decomisaron un tráiler que transportaba doble cisterna con más de 65 mil litros de diésel de dudosa procedencia.
Este suceso tuvo lugar en el kilómetro 45+300 del libramiento Norponiente en territorio de Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. Se procedió con el aseguramiento del operador Joel, de 53 años de edad, originario de la ciudad de Monterrey, junto con el tráiler marca Kenworth 2019, quedando ambos a disposición del Ministerio Público Federal.
Según informes por parte de los oficiales de la división de caminos de la Guardia Nacional, este decomiso se llevó a cabo en el marco del Operativo Plan Conjunto del Gobierno Federal para combatir el robo de hidrocarburos, dentro del Plan Nacional de Paz y Seguridad 2018-2024. Al observar en circulación un vehículo tipo tanque de color blanco, con dirección a Saltillo, transportando dos remolques tipo tanque con rombos y clasificación 1202, se obligó al operador a detener la marcha.

El conductor se estacionó sobre el acotamiento del lado derecho y se le informó el motivo para aplicarle una sanción. El hombre entregó una licencia en formato impreso, al igual que el resto de la documentación, como la tarjeta de circulación. Al cuestionársele sobre el contenido del transporte, respondió que era diésel. Se le solicitó la documentación correspondiente que acreditara la procedencia legal del material peligroso.
Mostró dos facturas de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) con fecha del 03 de marzo del año en curso por 33 mil 296 litros de combustible. También presentó dos facturas de diésel con fecha del 04 de marzo y otra factura adicional destinada al cliente final.
