Sobre posibles responsabilidades en contra de los padres o la familia del menor, el Fiscal acotó que se sigue la investigación para definirlo
La Fiscalía General del Estado investiga la posible manipulación del arma de fuego de un hermanito del niño de cuatro años que murió el pasado lunes de un disparo en Torreón.
En entrevista posterior a la inauguración del Centro Regional de Identificación Humana en Saltillo, Gerardo Márquez Guevara, fiscal general de Coahuila, advirtió de esta posibilidad.
“Lo que se advierte es una manipulación del arma de fuego por parte del hermano mayor un año, lo que también resulta evidente es que no estaba a buen resguardo en el domicilio, y es una parte fundamental para la investigación de este lamentable hecho”, comentó.
Sobre posibles responsabilidades en contra de los padres o la familia del menor, el Fiscal acotó que se sigue la investigación para definirlo.
“Seguramente tiene alguna responsabilidad quien tenía a su cargo la custodia de los menores y el cuidado del arma de fuego”, afirmó.
VANGUARDIA publicó ayer que un menor falleció de un disparo en el interior de su domicilio de la colonia Nueva Creación, al poniente de Torreón.
De acuerdo a las primeras investigaciones, el cuerpo del menor fue encontrado en un cuarto de lavado, descalzo y con una pelota de béisbol que quedo entre su mano derecha, según se informó.
El caso también está siendo investigado por la Pronnif, ya que en el domicilio fueron encontrados otros dos niños, uno de los cuales fue el que informó a la mamá que el su hermano estaba muerto en medio de un charco de sangre.
Seguramente tiene alguna responsabilidad quien tenía a su cargo la custodia de los menores y el cuidado del arma de fuego”.
