Implementa el Poder Judicial de Coahuila demandas familiares en línea por COVID-19
Miguel Mery Ayup informó que los acuerdos surgen de la necesidad constante que se ha presentado ante la eventualidad sanitaria que se vive
Ante la contingencia sanitaria por la pandemia de COVID-19, el Poder Judicial de Coahuila emitió hoy dos acuerdos con los que serán posibles las audiencias por video conferencia, en materia penal; y la presentación de demandas y promociones urgentes en línea, esto en materia familiar.
El Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Coahuila, Miguel Mery Ayup, informó que los acuerdos surgen de la necesidad constante que se ha presentado ante la eventualidad sanitaria que se vive.
“Esta contingencia debemos atenderla privilegiando la salud de todas y de todos, pero además comprendiendo esta circunstancia económica que requiere la implementación de nuevas alternativas tecnológicas para seguir trabajando”, destacó.
Mery Ayup detalló que se emitió un acuerdo en materia penal que tiene que ver con la posibilidad de que se realicen las audiencias a través de video conferencias resguardando los derechos y las garantías de todos los intervinientes.
“Segundo, un acuerdo en materia familiar, que concretamente se refiere a la posibilidad de presentar demandas de carácter urgente o promociones urgentes (en línea)”, señaló.
Asimismo, también en materia familiar, se contempla la realización de convivencias, entre padres e hijos, en línea.
“Estaremos atentos para la implementación de nuevas alternativas para la impartición de justicia en este periodo”, señaló Mery Ayup.
Adelantó que la próxima semana anunciará a detalle la implementación del buzón de entrega de demandas para todo el Estado.
