Presentan Comisión Estatal de Búsqueda

Con el objetivo de garantizar el derecho de desaparecidos a una investigación efectiva
Tras una reunión de familias de desaparecidos con el gobernador del estado, Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, se anunció que se instalará en la sesión plenaria de hoy la integración de la Comisión Estatal de Búsqueda que tiene por objeto garantizar el derecho a la búsqueda efectiva de las personas desaparecidas.
En la sesión se comenzará a analizar el presupuesto y las necesidades para que dicha Comisión comience a operar el próximo año con la voluntad política de avanzar en la defensa de los derechos de las familias.
En la reunión previa, estuvieron presentes los representantes de Alas de Esperanza de Allende, Asociación Internacional de Búsqueda de Desaparecidos en México, Familias Unidas en la Búsqueda y Localización de Personas Desaparecidas A.C., Fuerzas Unidas por Nuestros Desaparecidos en Coahuila y México y Grupo VI.D.A, Laguna A.C. (Víctimas por sus Derechos en Acción); los miembros del Grupo Autónomo de Trabajo y la Academia Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
Los representantes de las familias afectadas expusieron sus razones para considerar a los diferentes perfiles de la terna que se encargará de la Comisión, en un ambiente de respeto, pluralidad y de objetivo común de lograr una integración adecuada para garantizar la búsqueda de las personas desaparecidas.
Ante esto, Riquelme aceptó la propuesta de todos los colectivos de invitar a los tres perfiles de la terna presentada por los colectivos para complementar en forma interdisciplinaria el trabajo de la Comisión.
En tal sentido, el Gobernador del estado designó a Ricardo Martínez Loyola como titular de la Comisión. En carácter de subcomisionado se ratificó la invitación a Carlos Albeiro Rodríguez Contreras, de nacionalidad colombiana, para que se encargue de la área de búsqueda por su gran experiencia internacional en la materia; así como se realizará la invitación a Lucía Anhara Escareño Martínez, para que se encargue de la parte jurídica.
Las familias, el Gobierno y la academia destacaron la importancia de la transparencia, certeza y legalidad de todo el proceso que fue uno de los ejercicios que de nueva cuenta coloca a la participación de las familias en el centro del modelo de interlocución para darle seguimiento a la agenda de protección de los derechos de las personas desaparecidas.
Definen mando tras diálogo
El colectivo Fuerzas Unidas por Nuestros Desaparecidos (Fuundec) solicitó al gobernador Miguel Ángel Riquelme se considere al colombiano Carlos Rodríguez para ocupar el cargo de Comisión Estatal de Búsqueda de Personas. El Gobernador resolvió que sea Ricardo Martínez Loyola el titular de la Comisión y en carácter de subcomisionado se ratificó a Rodríguez.
