Canaco Saltillo tiene nuevo presidente
En la reunión, se presentaron además los informes anuales de Ingresos y Egresos, así como también el Presupuesto para el ejercicio siguiente, el dictamen del Auditor Externo, y el informe del Consejo Directivo
Ayer, la Cámara de Comercio de Saltillo (Canaco) informó que durante la Asamblea General Ordinaria Anual 2022 del organismo, donde tuvo lugar la Junta de Consejo número 1 de este año, fue electo de forma unánime el ingeniero Alejandro Pepi de la Peña, como nuevo presidente de la centenaria cámara empresarial.
Luego de rendir protesta en el cargo, el ingeniero Pepi De la Peña nombró a los integrantes de su Comité Ejecutivo, procedimiento que igualmente fue aprobado por todos los asistentes a dicha asamblea.
Entre los integrantes se encuentran Juan Antonio Aguirre Valdez cono vicepresidente; Felipe José López, secretario; Eduardo Dávila Aguirre como tesorero, Karim Saade Charur, vicepresidente de turismo; Marcela Dávila Leal, prosecretaria; de vinculación educativa, Rosa María de Marcos Garza.
Cabe mencionar que, en la reunión, se presentaron además los informes anuales de Ingresos y Egresos, así como también el Presupuesto para el ejercicio siguiente, el dictamen del Auditor Externo, y el informe del Consejo Directivo.
También se llevó a cabo la elección de 12 consejeros propietarios y 12 consejeros suplentes, así como la elección de un auditor propietario y uno suplente; además de la designación de 2 Integrantes de la Comisión de Arbitraje, e igualmente se dio a conocer el Programa de Trabajo para el Ejercicio 2022.
