‘Construye’ Industrial Partners proyecto con inversión de 168 mdd

Con una inversión de 168 millones de dólares se dio el arranque del Parque Industrial Partners, en Ramos Arizpe, además de que se dio comienzo a la construcción de una nave especulativa.
El director de Industrial Partners, Rodolfo Garza Villarreal, señaló que en la construcción de la nave especulativa se invierten 8 millones de dólares, mientras que en el desarrollo de 70 hectáreas del parque industrial se aplicarán los otros 160 millones.

“Representa más que un edificio y un pedazo de tierra, es un símbolo del progreso y del desarrollo económico que se está generando en el Sureste de Coahuila y sin duda en todo el estado.
“Estamos comprometidos con esta comunidad y con el impulso del crecimiento, creemos en el potencial de esta región y estamos orgullosos de invertir en su futuro, aquí nacimos, aquí estamos creciendo y aquí vamos a morir”, apuntó el empresario.
Por su parte, el secretario de Economía, Claudio Bres Garza, indicó que en estas 70 hectáreas se tendrá un aproximado de 25 nuevas naves, y estimó que la nave especulativa en el primer mes estará ocupada.
Hizo una mención especial a la directora de Deltack, Marisol Chávez, quien tendrá la oportunidad de vender fuera de Coahuila y de México este desarrollo industrial que hoy se pone en marcha.
Bres Garza destacó que este es el proyecto de inversión número 46 del año y añadió que no hay semana en que no se tengan visitantes de otras partes del mundo, desde China, hasta Corea, Alemania, Estados Unidos y Canadá, entre otros.
Son seis los nuevos proyectos que se anuncian por semana y adelantó que el 47 será este viernes en Torreón, donde añadió que el año pasado se logró que inversionistas coahuilenses también le invirtieran a su tierra, con tres parques industriales nuevos de 280, 50 y 72 hectáreas.
Finalmente, el alcalde de Ramos Arizpe, José María Morales Padilla, dijo que el Parque Industrial Partners llega a fortalecer la competitividad del municipio, al generar más opciones de espacio para el desarrollo Industrial, mientras que el nearshoring es una oportunidad histórica para generar crecimiento y desarrollo económico.
