Hazanavicius le gana Bafta a Scorsese

Se llevó el premio a mejor director por The Artist. Meryl Streep ganó por mejor actriz.
Londres.- Michel Hazanavicius ganó esta noche el Bafta del cine británico al mejor director por la película francesa "The Artist".
Hazanavicius se impuso al realizador estadounidense Martin Scorsese ("Hugo") , Nicolas Winding Refn ("Drive") , Tomas Alfredson ("Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy") y Lynne Ramsay ("We need to talk about Kevin") .
La estadounidense Meryl Streep cumplió hoy los pronósticos y se adjudicó el premio Bafta a la mejor actriz por su interpretación de la exprimera ministra Margaret Thatcher en la gala del cine británico.
Streep, que sumaba su 14 candidatura a los Bafta, se impuso a la franco argentina Bérénice Bejo ("The Artist") , Michelle Williams ("My Week with Marilyn") , Tilda Swinton ("We Need to Talk About Kevin") y Viola Davis ("The Help")
