Choca transporte público contra vivienda en Torreón; pasajeros quedan atrapados

TORREÓN, COAH.- Tres mujeres resultaron lesionadas y dos viviendas fueron dañadas como saldo de un accidente registrado la mañana de este jueves en la intersección de las calle Francisco I. Madero y Nazario Ortiz Garza de la colonia San Joaquín, en Torreón.
Según reportes, el camión de la Ruta San Joaquín, marcado con el número 11, presuntamente sufrió una falla mecánica, lo que llevó a que el chofer perdiera el control del volante e impactara contra dos viviendas.

En el lugar, elementos del cuerpo de Bomberos, Tránsito y Vialidad, peritos y paramédicos de Cruz Roja brindaron auxilio a los pasajeros y al chofer.
Según las primeras investigaciones, el percance se debió a una falla mecánica en los ejes delanteros, lo cual ocasionó el choque contra la vivienda y un arbotante.
PASAJEROS QUEDAN ATRAPADOS
Los pasajeros quedaron atrapados dentro del camión y fueron los vecinos quienes acudieron en ayuda al escuchar el accidente.
En el camión viajaban varios pasajeros, pero solo tres mujeres sufrieron golpes que requirieron atención por parte de los paramédicos.
La calle tuvo que ser cerrada mientras las autoridades realizaban las labores correspondientes, y la aseguradora también se presentó para evaluar los daños ocasionados y gestionar los gastos generados por el accidente.

VECINOS DENUNCIAN FALTA DE PRECAUCIÓN
Los mismos vecinos se mostraron molestos, ya que es frecuente que los conductores transiten por estas calles a alta velocidad y sin precaución.
El propietario del camión mencionó que solicitarán la instalación de topes, pero los afectados argumentaron que lo fundamental es que se respete el límite de velocidad; de continuar la situación, amenazaron con bloquear las calles.
