Destinan recursos del ISN a canalizar el arroyo Cuatro, al sur de Saltillo

La entidad está proyectando obras por 5 mil millones de pesos para el 2021, bajo el esquema de Asociación Público Privada

La canalización del arroyo Cuatro, al norte de Saltillo y la ampliación de la carretera Saltillo-Zacatecas son las dos obras más importantes acordadas con recursos del Impuesto Sobre Nóminas (ISN) para la región Sureste en el 2021.
Javier Díaz González, administrador fiscal general, explicó que la región Sureste aportará 70 millones de pesos a un fondo que se creará para realizar las obras a través de Asociación Pública Privada, es decir, la iniciativa privada realiza la obra sin que el Gobierno Estatal tenga que desembolsar el total en un solo ejercicio fiscal.
Tras una reunión del Comité Técnico del ISN en Saltillo, se acordó impulsar la obra pluvial del arroyo del Cuatro, para resolver la problemática de inundaciones en un sector del norte de Saltillo, además de la ampliación de 1.9 kilómetros de la carretera a Zacatecas.
“Después de mucho tiempo se van a poder hacer obras importantes para la ciudad, como es la obra de canalización del arroyo del Cuatro”, dijo Manolo Jiménez, alcalde de Saltillo.
El edil refirió que la región Sureste contará con mil millones de pesos del ISN para el 2021, con los cuales también se realizarán otras obras de pavimentación.
