Detienen a tercer implicado en asesinato de abogado en 2017

Fue capturado cuando iba con su mamá a llevarle flores a la Virgen de Guadalupe
La tarde de ayer las autoridades lograron la captura del tercer implicado en el secuestro y asesinato del abogado José Rivera Malacara, ocurrido en el 2017.
Se trata de Omar Palacios, quien fue detenido la tarde de ayer en la colonia Analco, de Ramos Arizpe, para luego ser presentado ante un juez. A las 7:00 de la noche se llevó a cabo la audiencia inicial, en la que se negó a declarar.
Trascendió que fue capturado cuando iba con su mamá a llevarle flores a la Virgen de Guadalupe.
Apenas el 9 de diciembre, Cristóbal Jair Lugo Ríos, señalado como el segundo secuestrador y presunto homicida del abogado, fue capturado en el Estado de Hidalgo mediante una orden de aprehensión emitida por personal de la Fiscalía General del Estado.
Junto con Magaly Guadalupe Salinas Alonso, los dos hombres privaron de la libertad a José Rivera Malacara.
Luego lo llevaron al sur de Saltillo para subirlo una camioneta, donde lo ataron de pies y manos.
De ahí lo llevaron a la comunidad Macuyú, perteneciente a General Cepeda.
Luego llamaron a uno de los familiares de la víctima, a la cual le informaron que lo había secuestrado y solicitaban un millonario rescate. Al no depositar la cantidad que solicitaron mataron a Rivera Malacara e incineraron el cuerpo en un baldío.
