El gobernador Rubén Moreira reapareció ayer al recorrer una obra vial en Ramos Arizpe, luego del proceso electoral en Coahuila, del cual destacó la participación ciudadana de alrededor del 60 por ciento, además aseguró que el derecho a manifestarse está garantizado.
“Es una buena participación de los ciudadanos y eso es excelente como otras que hemos tenido, ésta anduvo alrededor del 60 por ciento, cuando el promedio en el País es menos del 50 por ciento”, destacó Moreira al opinar por primera vez de las elecciones recién concluidas.
El Mandatario estatal opinó que pese a que algunos señalaron que podría haber violencia, las cosas van transcurriendo en paz y en tranquilidad.
“Así es la democracia, pero también que nos quedemos todos con una reflexión, el derecho a manifestarse, a opinar está garantizado en nuestros Estado y no ha habido violencia alrededor de eso, obviamente que cada quien tiene derecho a manifestar lo que crea conveniente”, reitero el Gobernador.
Asimismo, descartó que la composición del Congreso del Estado, en el que por primera vez no habrá mayoría del PRI, vaya a representar problemas para la nueva administración encabezada por Miguel Riquelme.
Moreira señaló que esperarán la resolución de las autoridades respecto a la judicialización del proceso, pero aclaró que el Gobierno del Estado no nombra a las autoridades electorales de Coahuila, pues fueron el IEC fue designado por el Instituto Nacional Electoral; y el Tribunal Electoral de Coahuila por el Senado de la República.
