Celebran aniversario 424 de Parras con Festival del Tamal y el Vino
Este viernes se realizó el Segundo Festival del Tamal y el Vino en el marco del 424 aniversario de la fundación de Parras, evento que dejó un buen sabor de boca a los visitantes y organizadores, que alistan más actividades para el Pueblo Mágico.
“Con estos resultados que se dieron, nos queda la satisfacción y todo el entusiasmo para seguir haciendo otros festivales”, expresó Guillermo Martínez, presidente de la Cámara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) de Torreón.
Esta segunda edición recibió entre 350 y 450 visitantes de la región y otras partes del país, quienes pudieron degustar la gastronomía de cocineras tradicionales y ver las exposiciones de artesanías en plata y cuadros hechos por artistas locales.
El festival fue organizado por la Canirac de Torreón en coordinación con restaurantes y bodegas vinícolas de Parras.
Contó con la participación de 15 equipos de cocineras de Parras, patrocinadas por establecimientos del Pueblo Mágico, y ocho casas de vino artesanal, un agregado para esta segunda edición del festival.
También como patrocinadores y participantes estuvieron las casas vinícolas Rivero González, Don Remigio y las Pudencianas, entre otras.
Los jurados fueron reconocidos chefs que premiaron a los primeros tres lugares de tamales y vinos artesanales.
El evento tuvo lugar en la calle Francisco I. Madero, en el Centro Histórico de Parras, y tuvo un precio de entrada de 150 pesos que incluyó una copa, así como degustación de tamales y vino.
El presidente de la Canirac de Torreón, Guillermo Martínez, explicó que el primer Festival del Tamal y el Vino se realizó el 18 de febrero de 2020, antes del inicio de la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19 en nuestro país.
Al siguiente año, el 2021, las restricciones sanitarias derivadas de la pandemia impidieron la realización del evento, mientras que este 2022 se pudo reanudar el festival con apego a los protocolos para cuidar la salud de los visitantes y el personal.
