Este viernes, un tribunal de enjuiciamiento comunicó la sentencia que Alejandro “N”, purgará en prisión tras ser condenado por el feminicidio de la joven Evelyn, en 2023 en Saltillo.
Fue el pasado jueves cuando el Tribunal encabezado por Pedro López Medrano dictó el fallo condenatorio tras escuchar los elementos que terminaron por probar que la joven de 16 años fue privada de su vida por el imputado.

El caso se reportó a finales de 2022, luego de que los familiares de la joven de 16 años iniciaran, junto con las autoridades, una intensa búsqueda, toda vez que la menor de edad no había regresado de su trabajo a la hora habitual.
El cuerpo de Evelyn fue encontrado debido a que vecinos de un domicilio en la calle 16 de Septiembre de la colonia Rancho Las Varas de la capital coahuilense reportaron actividad sospechosa en uno de los complejos habitacionales.
Tras el avance en la investigación y la identificación de la joven, la autoridad procedió a la detención de Alejandro, de 36 años, con quien la menor de edad no tenía ningún tipo de parentesco que fuera reportado por la familia.
Datos que fueron revelados en la audiencia, informaron que el hombre hoy condenado insistió a la menor de edad para sostener relaciones a cambio de dinero en varias ocasiones, aprovechándose de la vulnerabilidad, y cuando finalmente accedió, la privó de la vida.
Tras el fallo, el Tribunal desarrolló una audiencia de individualización de penas donde impuso a Alejandro un castigo penal de 60 años de prisión, multa de 57 mil 732 pesos, y una reparación de daño a víctimas indirectas de un millón 635 mil pesos.
