Identifican cuentas de redes sociales que ofertan cabañas inexistentes en Arteaga
Turistas verificarán cabañas a través de Código QR para este 2022 con el fin de evitar estafas
SALTILLO, COAH.- Al menos seis cuentas de supuestos dueños que rentan cabañas inexistentes en Arteaga vía redes sociales fueron identificadas por autoridades del Pueblo Mágico.
Mismas que han cometido diversos fraudes a turistas con destino a diferentes zonas ejidales del municipio que buscaban pasar un fin de semana, puente o periodo vacacional en el bosque.
Por lo que para la próxima semana santa, quienes busquen algún alojamiento en cabañas de la zona, podrán verificar en un Padrón Único de Hospedaje de Cabañas a quienes sí están registrados como un establecimiento formal a través de un Código QR.
De acuerdo a las autoridades del Ayuntamiento, cualquier cabaña, posadas, hoteles o servicio de alojamiento que no se encuentre en dicho padrón, “encenderá las alertas” para verificar que sea un servicio adecuado y sí cuenta con el complejo turístico que promociona.
Señalaron que este registro será realizado en coordinación con Protección Civil de Arteaga para que también las cabañas cuenten con elementos de prevención de siniestros y que el personal se encuentre capacitado en responder ante accidentes.

Entre las advertencias para evitar caer en estafas, las autoridades reconocieron que la primera señal es que se ofrecen cabañas muy lujosas a muy bajos precios, presionan para realizar un pago o adelanto y verificar los documentos pese a enviar fotografías, ubicación, contrato o recibos de pago.
Recordó que antes de realizar un depósito, se hacen solicitudes de recomendación y referencia de la renta en los grupos que ya existen de Facebook, y no depositar de inmediato pues es una señal de que sólo importa realizar el pago.
