Incendios en Frontera, Coahuila son provocados; asegura Protección Civil Municipal
CIUDAD FRONTERA, COAHUILA.- Vándalos estarían provocando incendios en Frontera, que de no controlarse podrían perjudicar a la ciudadanía de la colonia Las Aves.
Así lo informó Angelo Grimaldo, director de Protección Civil del municipio; quien dijo que de nueva cuenta este lunes al filo de las 14:00 horas se detectó otro incendio en el área conocida como “Los Pantanos”, en los límites de la colonia Las Aves, y tan solo a escasos 50 metros de donde se registró un fuerte incendio el pasado viernes.

Este incendio alarmó a todas las corporaciones de tres niveles de gobierno, el humo se veía desde kilómetros a la redonda y las llamas, que eran de gran magnitud, se extendían rápidamente y se acercaban a la zona habitacional.
Con este reporte se movilizaron más de 100 elementos de los tres órdenes de Gobierno y empresas para lograr controlarlo.
En esta ocasión se logró controlar el siniestro en dos horas entre los elementos de Protección Civil y Sedena.
SE ABREN SOSPECHAS
El director de Protección Civil destacó que ante esta nueva situación registrada, todo indica que se están realizando actos vandálicos que desafortunadamente movilizan a los cuerpos de rescate de forma innecesaria.
Por lo inaccesible del terreno y la gran cantidad de vegetación, la sofocación se realiza en forma pedestre con palas y machetes.
Esta área es un foco rojo en situaciones de incendios de maleza y en caso de salirse de control puede afectar las viviendas o las líneas de Alta tensión de Comisión Federal de Electricidad, aunado a la proximidad de los ductos de Pemex.
Por tal motivo las áreas de Protección Civil, Servicios Primarios en coordinación con CFE se trabajará en esta área con maquinaria para abrir brechas de acceso, brechas cortafuego, además CFE eliminará maleza en sus derechos de vía en las líneas de alta tensión.
