Saltillo: taxi le cierra el paso a motociclista; lo manda al hospital

Con un convenio por los daños y lesiones que se originó de un accidente entre un taxista y un motociclista, es como se solucionó el percance ocurrido la mañana de este viernes en Emilio Arizpe de la Maza, a la altura de la colonia Lomas de Santa Cruz, en Saltillo
El accidente ocurrió cerca de las 11:30 horas, acudiendo a tomar conocimiento el personal de la Policía Municipal de Tránsito Municipal, señalando como responsable, tras las declaraciones de los testigos, al conductor del taxi.

Se trata de Francisco Jara Reta, 61 años, quien circulaba con dirección a Antonio Cárdenas sobre el carril de en medio de la vialidad, pero al llegar a la altura de una gasolinera se atravesó sin precaución al carril de la derecha; afirma que no vio al motociclista.
El taxista le cerró el paso al motociclista con su vehículo Hyundai Atos con placas de circulación B 121 DAN, de Taxi Seguro con número económico 2585-T. Horacio Ramos Rodríguez, de 19 años, circulaba con la misma dirección.
El impacto hizo que el joven derrapara con dirección a la gasolinera, quedando sobre el pavimento durante varios minutos hasta que se pudo levantar y con ayuda de familiares fue llevado a un hospital, por sus propios medios.
En este caso sería la aseguradora del transporte público la que responda por los daños y los gastos médicos de los que se desprendan del accidente.
