Las lluvias que iniciaron desde la madrugada de ayer martes provocaron grandes encharcamientos, apagones y complicación de la vialidad en la zona norte de la capital de Coahuila.
Francisco Martínez Ávalos, de Protección Civil en el Estado, dijo que en cuanto a la Región Sureste, la lluvia se presentó en los cinco municipios que la integran, siendo ésta de mediana a baja intensidad.
En el caso de Saltillo, dijo, no se reportaron desbordamientos, árboles derribados por el viento o personas o vehículos arrastrados por el agua, traslados a refugios u otras situaciones graves como sucede en otras ocasiones.
Desde las 05:00 horas de ayer empezaron a soplar fuertes vientos y descargas eléctricas, como preámbulo de las precipitaciones, que empezaron poco después de esa hora.
Por la acumulación de agua, las autoridades alertaron por la mañana del cierre de la circulación en vías como el bulevar Los Pastores, en su tramo de bulevar Misiones a Camino a los Pastores y el cruce de V. Carranza y Campanares.
Asimismo fue cerrado al tráfico el bulevar Musa de León, específicamente el vado ubicado entre Dr. José Narro Robles y Los Valdez.
La única que permaneció cerrada fue ésta última vialidad, ante la acumulación del agua que siempre sucede en ese vado con las lluvias, producto de los escurrimientos del arroyo Cuatro Bajo.
En ese punto, una patrulla desviaba a las automovilistas a la altura de la entrada al fraccionamiento La Rioja.
En cauces de la zona como el Cuatro y el Ceballos se observaron corrientes de agua, pero muy lejos de que llegaran a desbordar.
Además del referido vado, hubo grandes encharcamientos en puntos recurrentes como Pedro Figueroa y Eulalio Gutiérrez; asimismo en Pedro Figueroa antes de llegar al Musa de León, lo que entorpeció la fluidez vial.
Temprano, los fuertes vientos causaron apagones, incluyendo semáforos, lo que afectó la vialidad en la zona, aunque el problema fue resuelto durante la misma mañana.
La Comisión Nacional del Agua pronosticó que hoy habrá chubascos en zonas de Coahuila, Nuevo León y Tamaulipas, sin descartar la probabilidad de formación de torbellinos.
En los grupos de seguridad, la Comisaría de Seguridad Pública y Protección Ciudadana también recibió una “lluvia” de reportes, sobre todo de semáforos fallas y percances viales.
PREOCUPACIÓN
La Alianza de los Arroyos externó su preocupación ante las precipitaciones de ayer por la mañana, que provocaron encharcamientos, apagones de semáforos y complicaciones en la vialidad en la zona norte de la ciudad.
Natalia Muro, vecina de El Campanario, e integrante de la agrupación compuesta por 300 familias de la zona, consideró que es decepcionante el actuar de las autoridades, que, dijo, siguen sin ofrecer una solución concreta.
“Como lo veíamos venir, la situación iba a ser crítica para todos los que habitamos en las áreas afectadas”, recalcó Muro.
Dijo que lo que les queda por hacer otra vez es comprar bultos de arena para proteger las entradas de las casas y las cocheras.
Reporte de Protección Civil:
-Los fuertes vientos y tormentas eléctricas provocaron apagones en varios sectores de la ciudad.
-Varias vialidades del norte se vieron afectadas debido a los encharcamientos.
-No se reportaron desbordamientos de arroyos.
-Fueron cerrados a la circulación los bulevares Los Pastores, Musa de León y Los Valdez.
